Will you update all plugins and themes whether they are free or paid?

If you have the licenses for the plugins and premium themes we will work on the updates of all of them.

If you wish to purchase a premium plugin or theme we can manage it for you, adding the cost to your monthly invoice.

Please note that licenses are generally renewed annually.

Where are my website backups stored?

We store backups on our servers for a maximum of 30 days.

If you wish to store the copies on an external server and for a longer period of time, please contact our Customer Service.

What do the Consulting sessions consist of?

Depending on the plan you have contracted, we offer one or two hours of consulting per month.

In these consulting sessions, which we will schedule at the beginning of each month, you will be able to ask us all the questions about WordPress and Shopify that you may have.

If you send us an email with all your questions before the meeting, the session will be much more productive.

In addition, with the Premium Maintenance Plan you have a free SEO Consulting session in which we will advise you on how to optimize your website to position it correctly in Google.
